Baz oqat dekha gia hai ke kisi larki ka ya orat ke ghar wale kisi wajah se dushman ban jate hain ya kisi wajah se jaan ko khatra hota hai ya kisi wajah se us ka ghar nahi hota tu us ko Darul amaan main kese bhaja ja sakta hai . Or agar wo already Darul amaan main hai tu kis tarah us orat ko dar ul amaan se bazyab karwaia ja sakta hai?

Kisi bhi larki ko darul amaan bhajne ke liye magistrate ( judge) ko application dena hu gi or us application main tamam wajoohat bian karna hun gien jiss bunyad per Darul amaan jana chahti hai.
Application ke sath larki ko bhi court main pesh karna hu ga. Judge behas sunne ke baad agar samjhta hai ke waqia larki ki jaan ko khatra hai ya koi dosri reasons mojod hain tu wo order pass kare ga or larki ko Darul amaan bhaij dia jai ga.

Yad rahe ke court larki se pooche gi ke aap Darul amaan jana chahti hu, agar larki inkar kar de tu court larki ke marzi ke khalaf us ko Darul amaan main nahi bhaj sakti.

Darul amaan se Larki ko bazyab karwana

Larki ko Darul amaan se bazyab karwana ke liye kisi Larki ke relative (bap, bhai, bhain ya koi or rishtadar jiss ke sath larki jana chahti hu) ko  mutalqa Magistrate ke pass application dena hu gi . Ke larki humare sath rehna chahti hai sulah hu gai hai ya ju bhi reasons hain un ko tehreer Karna zaroori hai. 

Magistrate application per aap ke dalial sunnen ke baad agar mutmaeen hu jata hai tu larki ko Darul amaan se next working day talab kar le ga agar aap mutmaeen na kar sake tu application kharaj bhi hu sakti. Kharaj hu jai tu aap us ko challenge kar sakte.

Next day jab larki ko court me laia jai ga tu larki bian de gi ke aaya wo apne iss rishtadar jiss ne application di hai us ke sath jana chahti hai ya nahi. Agar larki agree hoti hai tu court order kar deti hai or larki bazyab hu jaati hai 

Magar application dene se pehle larki se marzi poochain ke aaya ke wo jana chahti hai.

Agar Court zaroorat mahsoos kare tu aap se surety bond bhi talab kar sakti hai.
