TEMPORARY INJUNCTIONS AND INTERLOCUTORY ORDERS Temporary Injunctions 1. Where in any suit it is proved by affidavit or otherwisea) that any property in dispute in a suit is in danger of being wasted, damaged or alienated by any party to the suit, or wrongfully sold in execution of a decree, or b) that the defendant threatens or intends to remove or dispose of his property with a view to defraud his creditors, the Court may by order grant a temporary injunction to restrain such act, or make such other order for the purpose of staying and preventing the wasting, damaging, alienation, sale, removal or disposition of the property as the Court thinks fit, until the disposal of the suit or until further orders. 2. (1) In any suit for restraining the defendant from committing a breach of contract or other injury of any kind whether compensation is claimed in the suit or not, the plaintiff may, at any time after the commencement of the suit, and either before or after judgment, apply to the Court for a temporary injunction to restrain the defendant from committing the breach of contract or injury complained of or any breach of contract or injury of a like kind arising out of the same contract or relating to the same property or right. (2) The Court may by order grant such injunction, on such terms as to the duration of the injunction keeping an account giving security or other wise, as the Court thinks fit. (3) In case of disobedience, or breach of any such terms, the Court granting an injunction may order the property of the person guilty of such disobedience of breach to be attached, and may also order such person to be detained in [……] prison for a term not exceeding six months, unless in the meantime the Court directs his release. (4) No attachment under this rule shall remain in force for more than one year, at the end of which time, if the disobedience or breach continues the property attached may be sold, and out of the proceeds the Court may award such compensation as it thinks fit, and shall pay the balance, if any, to the party entitled thereto. [ (2-A) An interim injunction passed under rule 1 or 2 in the absence of defendant shall not ordinarily exceed fifteen days: Provided that such injunction may be extended for failure of its service on the defendant when such failure is not attributable to the plaintiff or when the defendant seeks time for defence of application for injunction. (2-B) The order of injunction made under rule 1 or 2 after hearing the parties or after notice to the defendant shall cease to have effect on the expiration of six months unless extended by the court after hearing the parties again and for reasons to be recorded for

    Mera nam Arshad hai or mein chakwal ka rehny wala hon. Mein pichly 15 saal se dubai mein mulazamat kar rha hon. Meri shad ko 7 saal ho gaye hein. Or 2 bachy hein. Mere bady 5 bhai or aik nehn hai jo sab apny apny ghar rehty hein. Ami abu mere sath rehty thy.
    Masla yeh hai k jab tak mein meri kamai ami abu k naam pe bhejta rha sab theek thaak tha. Lekan jesy hi mein pichly 1 saal se pesy apny pas rakhny shuru keye to meri maan ne mera or meri biwi bacho ka jeena haram kar or akhir aik din ghar se nikal dia or jitni bhi meri jama ponji thi sab pe qabza kar lia.
    Mein ne ab neya ghar banaya hai or biwi bacho ko shift kar dia.
    Ab meri maan meri biwi pe ghatiya ilzam lagati hein. Jaga jaga ja k mery or meri biwi k khilaf batien karti hien.or logo ko batati pher rhi hein k dono bachy haram k hein or mery 2 bhai un ki pusht panahi karty hein.
    Ab koi mujhy batye ga k mein keya kar sakta hon.
    Mujhy pesa or ghar wapis nai chahye mein sirf apni izat bachana chahta hon

Bhai masla yeh hai ke app ke against app ki mother hain.or app ka koi case bhi banta nahi hai . wajah yeh hai ke app apni marzi se pese bhehte rahe hain . yahan per istarah ki nainsafi aksar olad ke sath hoti rehti hai .Mera mashwara tu yeh hai ke app man ke izzat dosron ziada karo ghalt fehmi ju app ke beech main hai khatam hu jai gi or jab mann app ki side le gi tu bhai bhi theek hu jain ge.

Man na recently 1 banda SA phone pee commitment ke plot sale krna ke laken bhai na plot sale krna SA mana ker deya laken tb tk agent khud plot ka bayana chuka tha aur apna letter head pad pa apna and purchaser ka agreement bna chuka tha. Mere na tau dealer SA ag tk mulakat hie ha na he purchaser SA. Ab woh dono mjha stay ka threat da raha hn.

Ap se aik question hai hamara ghr hai us pe kraya dar ne stay lea hua hai pichle 6months se adalat mai case chap ra hai hum bht preshan hai judge agla se agli tareekh de dete hai wo b islea k karaye dar raseeday le k aye ga or wo kisi b date ko nhi aata.pichle 6 month se us ne kraya b nhi dya jis ki wajah se hum bht prehshan hai k kya kre q k judge faisal de he nhi ra hum ne us ghr ko bech k apni behn ki shadi krni hai or wo b ruki hue hai ap bta skte hai k kya krna chahye aesi situation mai?

  6. Assalamoalikum! Guzarish yeh h kindly bata dein stay order at property kitni dair tak reh skta ha maxmimum . And is that possible yeh linger on ho jai or kafi dair chl skta .. agar yes then kitni dair tak

    1. W salam har case main stay order hone k baad wo barqarar rehta hai. us k baad jab dono parties court main aa jati hain notices ke baad tu stay per behas hoti hai or agar aap ka stay confirm hu jata hai us behas ke baad tu wo case k khatam hone tak barqarar rehta hai

    ma silk bank ka credit card pichlay 1.5 sal say use kr rha hu or hr month payment krta raha hu from feb 2019 to till august 2020. but ab esa ha k extra charges or hidden charges say tng aa kr mene payment krna stop krdi ha mre pas saray proof mojood hen kindly help me to resolve the matter. agr extra charges remove krdye jatay hen to ma remaining payment sari krdnga. iska koi legal way btaen. i am really upset.

Iss main aap ke pass du options hain 1 ke aap banking court se stay le kar un ke khalaf case larain agar raqam ziada hai tu yeh suitabe hai or agar lahore main hain tu hm karwa dain ge. us ke ilawa yeh hai k ap bank k mutalqa officer ko mil kar un se bargaining kar lain.isstarah bhi masla hal hu jata hai magar un se noc zaroor lena clearance k waqat warna wo aap se baad main phir pese mangain ge or clear nahi karain ge
