Or isi Tarah stamp paper per sale hone wale Zameen ya makan ka Map banaia Jai ga jiss ke charoo taraf nishan dahi ki jai gi ke aas or pass ke makan or Zameen kis ki malkiat Hain.

Iss sab ka maqsad Zameen ya makan ko safe karna ha keh kal koi or party ya farad iss zameen per qabza ya zabardasti qabz na hu or registery se maloom hu jai ke Zameen ka asal malak Kon ha.

FBR Tax receipt
TMA Tax receipt
Tax and other taxes payment receipts

File complete karain or Zilla ke registrar ke pass jain or seller, buyer or gwahan ke sath jana ha seller aap ke haq main bian de ga or gwahan sameet sab ki pics lagai gi or signature or thumb impression ke baad aap ki registery hu jai gi. Or registery aap khud bhi receive kar sakte hain or aap ke Ghar per bhi send Kar di jaati ha.

Registery for overseas Pakistanies 

Agar aap overseas Pakistanies hain or aap ne registery karwani ha tu aap ko power of attorney maqarar karna pare ga or us main tamam iktayarat ju ke registery ke bare main hain dene parain ge take aap ki behalf per registery karwai ja sake.
