Dosto jab hum app ko courts ke bare main agahi asan urdu de rahe hain tu hum chahte hain ke hum app ko court ke bare main iss qadar maloomat de dain ke agar app ko kisi case ke silsale main court main jana pare tu kam se kam app ko pereshani aye or app khaw makhwa ke rishwat dene se bhi mahfooz rahin
kaha jata hai ke courts main buhat ziada rishwat mulazmeen lete hain . jo ke humare logon ki nasmjhi ki waja se hai . kionke log pori tarah courts mulazmeen or un ke uhdoon ko nahi jante or un se maroob hu kar pereshani ka shikar hu jate hain.

reader ka pehla kam hazri lagana hota hai .rozana jo case court main lage hote hain ya jin ki us din hearing hoti hai  un ki list aik court ke bahar awazan kar di jati hai or dosri reader ke pass hoti hia . har peshi per ane wala Saail apna nam jo ke case ka title hota hai bahar lagi peshi list main dekhta hai or  us ke baad apna number note kar leta hai or reader ko bata kar ke main falan case main flan number jo laga hoa hai us main hazar hoa hun or meri hazri laga di jaye tu reader list main se us ka nam dekh kar us ke niche aik line laga deta hai . jis se iss baat ka pata chalta hai ke iss case main yeh banda hazir hai .isi tarah dosri party apni hazri lagwati  hai . or judge or dono parties reader se maloom kar sakte hain ke mukhlif party ayi hai ya ke nahi
isi tarah agar aik Lawyer masroof hai tu wo court se time le leta hai ke main 12 baje tak hazir ho sakta hun
or wo time file per likh dia jata hai or dosri pary reader se maloom kar leti hai or dono parties 12 baje hazar ho jati hain .
Cases ki file judge sab ke samne pesh karna
dosto jesa ke main ne bataya ke reader ke pass wo tamam files jo cases ki us din peshi hoti hai ke pass mojod hoti hain or wo judge sb ke samne un ko pesh karta hain jab saaileen apne wukla ke sath court main pesh hote hain tu sab se pehle reader se hi kehtey hain jo ke un ka case judge sba ke samne rakhta hai or case ki baqida karwai shroo ki jati hai judge sab dono parties ko sunain ke baad case ki next date de dete hain ya koi deegar hukam de dete hain
Dates dena
Dosto chonke humare haan courts main kam kafi ziada hota hai or aksar courts main 100 se bhi ziada cases hote hain jin main rozana peshi hoti hai . or zahir hai un main har case main nai date bhi dena hoti hai tu yeh kam judge sb ke sath reader bi seranjam deta hai . jin cases main dono parties ko itraz na ho tu reader bhi un main date de sakta hai  . or agar dono parties main date lene ke muamle main ikhtalaf paya jaye tu yeh masla judge sab solve kar dete hain or koi munaasib si date next hearin ke liye de di jati hai
 Statements likhna
Reader ke kamon main se aik kam yeh bhi hota hai ke judge sab ke kehne par kisi bhi Saail ki statement
likh kar us se sign or ungootha lagwa leta hai .

Court Steno

  1. Yeh bhi court ka aik buhat busy mulazam hai . jo ke order type  karne ke sath sath  .short hand ka bhi master hota hai
  2. steno ke kam
  3. steno ka pehla kam yeh hota hai ke jo order judge sab likhwate hain un ko short hand main likhna
  4. steno ka dosra kam yeh hota hai ke us order ko type karna
  5. tesra kam yeh hai ke un orders per judge sab ke sign karwana
  6. chotha or akhri kam yeh hai ke agar judge sab us order main sign karne se pehle correction karna chahte hain tu correction karna

Court ka Ahalmad

yeh bhi buhat masroof mulazam hai or do ya teen bande mil kar yeh kam sanbhaltey hain . inn ka kam court ke andar nahi hota balke in ka aik  elhda room hota hai jo ke court ke nazdeek hi waqia hota hai . agar app ko ahalmad ka room maloom na hu to app court ke reader se ya kisi dosre mulazim se pooch sakte hain.
  1. Ahalmad ka kam hota hai ke cases ki files ko sanbhalna
  2. Mukhtalif kisam ki lists tiyar karna
  3. Un ke pass jo data registers hote hain un ko updates karna
  4. Files ko iss tareeke se jorna ke har date ka separate  rack main rakhna .
  5. Notices behjna or un ka jawab wasool karna or files main lagana

yeh sirf fojdari  courts main hote hain or in ka kam hota hai ke mulzam ke khalaf behas karna . kionke fojdari case banam sarkar hota hai isslye iss main sarkari wakil sarkar ki tarf se behas karte hain or prosecution  ki zumadari nibhate hain

Naib Court

Iss ka kam police station se cases ka record laana lejana hota hai . or yeh mulzaman ko jab wo jail se peshi per aate hian harasat main tu yeh un ko court main pesh karwata hai issi tarah ke iss ke kam hain
