Who makes affidavit?
Affidavit can make anyone or everyone, but the stamp paper will be issue on the name of the person who is taking oath, and signature, thumb impression and verification of oath commissioner is compulsory.

Yeh yad rakhna hai ke stamp paper usi bande ke id card se jari ho ga jo ke half uthai ga (ke main falan kam karon ga ya nhi karon ga .ya jo bhi masla hu us babt half le ga tu yeh documents kal ko court main shahdat ke tor per bhi pesh ki ja sakti hai ) agar stamp paper kisi dosre ke id card se jari hoa tu wo affidavit ki koi ahmiyt na ho gicourt main affidavit dene ke liye stamp paper per likhna zaroori nahi sirf oath commissioner se test ho jana court main accept ho jata hai
- iss ka sab se bara faida yah hota hai ke iss ko likhwany wala fard apni zuban se phir nahi sakta
- iss ka istaamal ha mehkme main hota hai bank main account khalwate waqat
- bijli ke meter lagwaty waqat
- gas ka meter
- kria dari karte waqat
