After filing court notice to wife After notice if wife appear, she will have to reply the case. In reply she can ask for divorce or she can demand some her conditions  for her safety. If husband is ready to accept the conditions, or there is  any other solution, court will try to reconciliation. If wife not appear in court after notices the court will proceed the case one sided and decree the case of the husband, and husband will able next marriage after court decree.         Conjugal rights refer to the legal and social rights of Husband and responsibilities associated with wife  during marriage, including the right to companionship, intimacy, and support from one's spouse. For these rights husband can file conjugal rights case in family Court in Pakistan . If his wife is living separate after quarrelling with husband, and she is not ready to reconciliation, or not replying and want to punish the husband, husband can file the conjugal rights case in family Court. Procedure of th
