What to mention in FIR application
To launch a First Information Report (FIR) in Pakistan, visit the nearest police station and provide details of the incident to the duty officer. It's essential to provide accurate information, your identification, id card and any supporting evidence you may have. Remember to note down the FIR number for future reference. If you face any difficulties, consider seeking legal advice or assistance from our legal professionals.
First of all you will have to write application with details of offenses committed. Remember you need to mention compulsory.
- Your name and address
- Place of occurrence
- Time and date of occurrence
- People who are witnesses of occurrence, or people before the offense happened.
- Signature of applicant
- and phone numbers of criminals and applicants are important if you know their phone numbers.
- Write down your application as described in video below.
- Submit it computer section of Police station and get computer slip compulsory mentioned detail of dairy number and name of investigation officer and number,
- photo copy of your application before submission.
- Request to police for medical if any injury or rape etc, Police will prepare duct with details and your medical will be conducted in the supervision of police in nearest government hospital.
- If your application not converted in FIR, application to SP, attatch all supporting documents and copy of application submitted in Police station.
- File application under section 22A 22B in session court, if police not launch FIR.
