Overseas Divorce Pakistan 



Often people send notice of divorce to her wife , or call verbally divorce, the process is valid in Islam but not valid in law 

To divorce your wife through process of law you will have to issue power of attorney to any your relative or lawyer to appear on your behalf and complete all the process.

The power of attorney will be also verify from embassy of Pakistan then ministry of foreign affairs.

After issue power of attorney through embassy of Pakistan 

Your attorney will send three notices of divorce and appear on your behalf in process of reconciliation. 

The process of divorce is mentioned in Muslim family ordinance 1961 section 7.

The divorce take three months as mentioned in related law 

After end of 90 days if reconciliation process fail and Masalhti council decide, and  reconciliation fail.

The Masalhti council will issue Divorce certificate which is conclusive prove of divorce.

To use the certificate abroad you have to verify it from Ministry of foreign affairs. Which is compulsory.


Marriage Procedure for Overseas Pakistani 


For Overseas Pakistanis can marriage abroad and marriage can register in Pakistan registeration through Power of attorney . You will have to send your documents to start process.
