Pakistani qanoon ke mutabiq bachon ki khazanat ka haq maa ka hai or 7 saal tak maan bachon ko apne pass rakhti hai or us ke baad bhi agar baap un ka 7 saal ke duran kharcha pay karta rahe tu guardian court main case lar sakta ha

Procedure

  1. bache wapiskarna pare gi. lene ke liye aap ko session court se rajoo karna pare ga or aap ko habeas ki writ file 
  2. Jis ke baad judge sb mutalqa SHO ko  order jari karain ge bacon ko or un ke baap ko court main pesh karne ka
  3. jese hi bache or un ka baap court main pesh hun ge tu bache baap se le kar maan ke hawale kar diye jain ge.
