Procedure

  1. bache wapiskarna pare gi. lene ke liye aap ko session court se rajoo karna pare ga or aap ko habeas ki writ file 
  2. Jis ke baad judge sb mutalqa SHO ko  order jari karain ge bacon ko or un ke baap ko court main pesh karne ka
  3. jese hi bache or un ka baap court main pesh hun ge tu bache baap se le kar maan ke hawale kar diye jain ge.
