What is pre-arrest bail 



Prearrest bail is bail which any accused can apply after lounging  Fir. yo wayu can't apply it before lounging Fir because it can't apply without a copy of  Fir. It can't apply if you arrest before you apply it.

you can apply for pre-arrest bail through a competent lawyer in session court after accepting of bail you will have to take a copy of orders and submit to the police station and also keep a copy at your home as a proof of pre arrest.

Which court you can apply 

only session court has jurisdiction to grant the pre-arrest bail.

  1. just copy of Fir
  2. copy of id card
  3. power of attorney
  4. All documents supporting your version

Timing in Pre arrest bail

On every date, you will have to appear in court at the time when a court open. ( 8 am in summer and 9 am in winter ) If you late your pre-arrest bail will be turned down
and police can arrest you on spot

Precautions of Pre arrest

           Always go before the court open. and keep in mind when the court discharges your pre-arrest, you will have to skip before arrest because police can arrest you after the rejection of  pre arrest .
Pre arrest in High court
