Police Kisi mulzam ka kam kisi ko begunah karna ya begunah karna nahi hai.  Iss liye Supreme Court ne qarar dia ke High court ke aise hukam ki  qanoon ke nazar main koi ahmiat nahi. High court ke hukam ko kaladam qarar de dia.(Pld-2006-SC-316)
