private limited company in which directors' liabilities are limited. subject to their shares. two or more person can make a private company.  yeh company register hoti hai SECP (scurities and exchange commission of Pakistan) yeh department federal level per kam karta hai or tamam iqsam ki companies ko register karta ha.tamam company ke directors ki tadad mukhtalif hoti hai. jesa ke private limited main du ya du se ziada director hote hain.

Documents Required for registration of Private Limited Company

  1. Copy of CNIC of all Directors
  2. Ownership prove or rent agreement of the business place
  3. Bill of electricity
  4. Form 2
  5. Memorandum of association
  6. Article of association
  7. Letterhead of the company
Works will be done

  2.  Availability of  name to reserve
  3. All the documents will be prepared
  4. Memorandum of association will be draft
  5. Drafting article of association.
