What are documents required for death certificate.

  1. Hospital certificate
  2. Paper from graveyard where deceased is buried.
  3. Name, Surname and complete address.
  4. Age of the deceased.
  5. Copy id card person making report 
  6. Cause of death.
Who can apply for death certificate 


Any legal heir, parents, wife, son, daughter etc can apply for late registration.

What is the procedure of death certificate?


Death certificate banane ke do tareeke hain
  1. Normal registration
  2. Late registration
Normal indraj main aap ko kisi qism  ka case court main file nahi karna hota or aap death ke moqa pr kuch dino main indraj karwa kar mutalqa field office(Union Council) se banwa lete hain.

Late indraj ki soorat yeh hoti hai ke aksar oqat death ke dino main koi bhi aziz death certificate nahi banwata or us ke baad jab jaidad ka mamla khara hota hai tu us soorat main death certificate ki zaroorat pesh aati hai or phir wo death certificate banwane ke liye aap union council main jate hain tu wo aap ko court ki decree lene ka bolte hain. so phir aap ko court se decree lena hoti hai.

kon banwa sakta hai

agar koi bhain bhai waldain bV  ya koi qareebi aziz court main case kar ke banwa sakte hain

case kis ke khalaf kia jai ga

case mutalqa Administrator ke khalf or Union council mutalqa ke khalaf hu ga.

    HU sakti hai kio nahi karya lene wala department dosra hai or ghair qanooni tajawzat wala dosra hai.yeh baat nahi hoti sharab ko govt khud hi import karti hai or khud hi us per pabndi lagati hai khud hi us se tex wasool karti hai khud hi peene walo pe parcha deti hai or khud hi agale din zamanat hu jati hai.iss main kitne departmen malwas hain.
