Sarkari Mulazameen ke Haqook through court 

Dear readers aaj hum baat karain ge sarkari mulazmeen or un ke haqooq ki . sarkari mulazmo ko apni mulazmat ke doran buhat se masil se do char hona parta hai jiss main se  transfer kar dia jaana . haq rakhte hoe bhi kisi post pr tarqi na pana ya suspend hu jana or us ke liye bahali ki koshish karna . lihaza iss tarh ke buhat se masayal hain jiss se har sarkari mulazam apni mulazamat ke doran guzrta hai . so agar kisi jaga pr us ke haq ki haq talfi hoti hai tu wo us ke khalaf kia chara joi kr sakta hai

Punjab service tribunal 

Punjab service tribunal aik aisi aadalat hai jo ke punjab ke sarkari mulazmeen ke cases sunti hai .  Punjab ke mulazmeen ka matlab hai wo malzmeen jo Punjab gov ke under mulazam hain .wese tu punjab main buhat se mulazmeen hain jo ke Wafaq  (Federal) ke under hain jin ko Punjab service tribunal main challange nahi kia ja sakta .app ko court main case karne se pehle mehkmana apeal main jaana pare ga agar app ka mehkma ap ki appeal ko reject kr deta hai tu app us ki copy le kr  tribunal main aa sakte hain  .

Documents 

Case file karne ke liye jis qadar bhi documents available hun wo app apni petition ke sath laga sakte hain .service card , appoinment letter .transfer letter , apeal jo app ne mehkme main ki thi with mehkma ka jawab

Federal Service tribunal 

yeh wo court hai jo ke un sarkari mulazmeen ke cases sunta hai jo federal ke under mulazm hote hain . iss main bhi app ko case file karne se pehle app ko mehkmana apeal karni pare ge .
