                   Ajj hum baat karain ge ke kuch logon ko sarkkari mehkme se kisi bhi alligation laga kar terminate ya suspend kar dia jata hai . or un ki departmental or mehkmana appeal kai kai saal tak afsran e bala ke pass pending pari rehti hain tu us Appeal ka faisla kese karwaia ja sakta hai.
 Iss departmental ya mehkmana Appeal ka faisla karwane ke liye high court main under section 199 constitution of  Pakistan ke tehat Writ dair ki jati hai . jiss main Afsran e bala ko majbor kia ja sakta hai ke wo Apeal ka faisla aik adh mah main  qanoon ke mutabiq krain.
