Service Matter cases

What are the services matter cases? the matter faces govt employees. these days govt service is very hard. everywhere pick and chose procedure is to go on. and there is no value in honest employees. so if we can control pick and chose in Pakistan and promote the employees on merit the  50 percent problem of Pakistan we can solve. but there is Mafia and every govt uses bureaucracy for their benefits and destroys the system.

The suspension 

we see often govt employees suspended for their mistakes or discrimination in which their head of depart or their seniors discriminate and suspend their juniors. 
many employees don't know about the law and cant file departmental appeal and also don't go in courts if the departmental appeal rejects or pending from years and they lose their right to reinstate.

High court service matter

you can go to High court in service matter. and high court direction to the head of the department is very effective and honorable high court always has huge power on bureaucracy.
Termination
Termination is also a big issue which govt employees face during their service as they will have to obey the legal and illegal demands of their seniors and if they don't obey they will have to face termination. many people after termination don't do departmental appeal and don't go in courts.

Punjab service tribunal 

If your departmental appeal fails and you terminated with serious allegations and have not another remedy you can file a case in Punjab service tribunal and if you live in other provinces you can file your case in concern service tribunal.

Federal service tribunal.

Federal employees are an employee of federal govt can go in federal service tribunal and file their cases.
