aaj hum baat karain ge High Court main  Kese appeal ki ja sakti hai jub app Lahore se kisi door daraz k zila main rehte hain or high court main appeal karna chahte hain or app k wakil sab app k sath kam ki ziadti ki wajah se Lahore nhai aa sakte tu hum app ko Appeal , Bail, Writ ,.etc karwa kr dain ge  .
Jin Documents ki zaroorat hoti hai  Apeal , Bail ,Writ. etc

  1. Copy Id Card Petitioner ( Mudai)
  2. Order jo k app k khalaf lower court ne kiey hain jin k khalaf app ne highcourt jana hai 
  3. or kuch documents har case ki noeet k hisab se hun ge . wo hum app ko call per guide ker dain ge

Proceedure



  1. App ne yeh documents hum ko farahm karni hain agar app humare wakil bhai hain tu app ko tu documents ka pata hu ga . magar sailin k liye wo hum ko call karain or tamam documents collect karain .
  2. after collect tamam documents hum ko Tcs kar dain hum agle aik do dino main app ka case high court main file kar k app ko  case number bata dain ge or us main pash hu kar notices bhi karwa dain ge or date k bare  main bhi bata dain ge
  3. or agar on date par app ki zaroorat hoi tu app ko bula lain ge agar app ki zaroorat na hoi tu hum khud pesh ho jain ge . 
  4. after complete process hum app ko Order Tcs or post office k through bhaij dain ge

Maloomat 


Humare punjab main buhat se izlaa hain or un main se buhat se logon ko case ke bare main  Maloomat hasil karne main mushkalat ka samna karna parta hai or agar hum ne nia case Writ ,Appeal etc dair karni ho tu hum kia kar sakte hain
Humare han Punjab main se Lahore High Court main buhat door door se Wukla brothers or saileen aate hain jo ke apne cases ke bare main janne ke liye ya dair karne ke liye buhat ziada mushkal ka Shakar hote hain jiss ki bari waja Lahore se dori hai , yehi masla dosre izlaa main bhi hai  . so agar kisi bhi saail ka ya Wakil bhai ,bhain ka case Lahore High Court main lga hoa hai ya wo Lagwana chahte hain tu feel free to call us  .       W salam g kai qisam ke cases hote hain. appeal main Lahore high court main bht rush hota hai agar aap ki appeal manzoor manzoor ho jati hai tu kai saal bhi lag sakte hain. magar iss ke baraks agar Islamabad high court main appeal hai tu wahan per jaldi hu sakta hai. magar phir bhi time lagae ga

      sir jahaiz wapsi ka case family court ne haq mai dia jis per session court mai apeal kr k stay le lia ex ne. ab apeal us k haq mai hai. hum highcourt jany ka soch rahy session court k faisly k khilaf.

    assalam o alaikum. sir mera beta 9 mah ka hai or baap ne khrcha nhi dia koi. wo abusive tha jis ki waja se mai ne khula li or bachy ki maintainance b maangi. ab us ne custody ka case kia hai. sir hazanat mery pas hai. kya wo custody le skta? or mujhy guardianship k liye abhi se apply krna chahye ya hazant k baad?

    App ko guardianship ki zaroorat nahi agar wo custody ke liye case kare ga tu us ko millne ki ijazat mil jaye gi or agar wo reguler milta rahe ga or pay karta rahe ga tu chution main us ko ghar le kar jane ki ijazat mil jaye gi.magar custody abhi bht door ki baat hai wo jaldi nahi milti.khazanat ke baad ka bhi confirm nahi

      aap us ko ijazat na dain milne ki agar wo bache ko le kr bhag sakta hai or agar dhamkia deta hai tu court se harrassment karwa lain or agar wo bache le bhi jai tu 491 sec ke tehat bache aik week se pehle bramad hu jate hain
