Can a woman go back to her husband after khula?

Yes in Pakistan a woman go back to her husband after khula and even after divorce too.

Reason behind this that khulla consider only single divorce.

2nd reason is that section 7 Muslim family ordinance 1961 tell us about the law of divorce. Law says that a woman can marry with same husband three time without any intervention marriage.
Halala is haram in Islam.


What is the time period of Khulla?

Khulla time period is almost 1 month to two months. Khulla case always in favour of plaintiff ( woman ).
Court is bound to decree the Suit if female not agree for reconciliation.


After khulla there is three months period of Union Council.




Is khula valid without husband's consent?

Yes Khulla is the right of women, if their husbands's attitude are not good or paying the wives , cruel attitude, Or any situation that she is not happy with her husband, she can take divorce. And the husband consent is not compulsory.
