Stay order court se hasil karne je baad agla marhla us ka indraj Sub registrar ke pass or mehkma maal main daraj jarwane ka hota ha, aam logo ko iss ke bare main na pata hone ki wajah se wo mushkalat ka shakar hote hain or bht se log indraj hi nahi karwate 

dosra marhla jab court se stay khatam hu jata ha tu us ko kese khatam karwaia jai.sub registrar ke pass se or patwari ke pass se. Dono marahal same hain iss main aik application dena hoti ha with court order ke sath.

1- Stay ka Indraj karwana

Sab se pehle aap ne court se masadqa (verified) copies banwa leni ha Stay order or petition ki ju ke mutalqa court se hi banain gi or un verified copies ke sath aap ne du  application tehrir karni hain , aik mutalqa sub registrar ke nam per hu gi, or dosri application ap mutalqa patwari or tehsildar ke pass daraj karwa sakte hain.

Or indraj karwane ke baad receiving le kar pass rakhni ha.

2- stay order ka indraj khatam karwana

Dosra marhala jab koi court case ke duran ya case ke faisla ke baad stay dismissed kar deti ha tu phir aap ko dubara se Stay order ke ikhraj ki verified copies mutalqa court se le kar Sub registrar ke pass or patwari waghira ke pass application ke sath jama karwani Hoti hain taa ke aap ki property per say stay khatam hu jai.

Zail main court order ki copies with application ke sath di gain hain take aap ko application likhne main or indraj main aasani rahe
