Ajj hum baat karain ge ke police tashdad se kese bacha jai physical remand ke doran . aksar hum logon ne dekha hai k parcha jab kisi mulzam pr hota hai tu police jab pehli bar court main pesh karti hai tu remand ki demand karti hia or aik application deti hai k hum ko iss bande ka jisam 10 din k liye ya hafte k liye chahiy hum ne iss se recovery karwani hai or baqi mulzman ko bhi girftaat karna hai . magar magistrate 2 , 4 din ka remand deta hai  . ab sawal yeh paida hota hai k remand k doran police k tashdad se kese bacha jai .

or us medical main aa jai ga k mulzam per koi nishan ya injury nahi hai . or police muhtat hu jai gi ke agar koi bhi nishan bana tu after remand phir se application medical ki de di jaye gi or hum phanse jain ge .jiss ki wajah se wo mulzam pr tashadad karne se  baaz rahain ge or siraf tafteesh karain ge .
