Dear Readers ajj hum baat karain ge k kese hum apni bail ya zamanat high court main apply kr sakte hain .Dosto high court main bail apply us waqat ki jati hai jab session court se humari zamanat kharaj hu jati hai tu humare pass wahid hal reh jaata hai k hum Session court k orders ko high court main chalange karain or apni zamanat karwa lain .

Bails ate two types

  1. Bail before arrest
  2. Bail After arrest
Baul before arrest ke liye mulzam ki sath jana hota hai or court ke samne surrender karna hota hai ( means ke main bhago ga nahi or har peshi per pesh hota rahu ga )

Jabke bail after arrest main aap ka lawyer akela bhi apply kar sakta ha or khud hi bail ke order le kar mulzam ko rahai dalwa sakta hai.

Agar bail High court se kharaj hoti hai tu phir next forum Supreme Court of Pakistan hai jahan per aap High court ke orders ko challenge kar sakte hain.


Documents jin ki zaroorat hoti hai zamanat apply karne k liye .


  1. Copy  FIR
  2. Order Session court with petition
  3. Order Ilaqa Magistrate  with petition
  4. and other supposed  documents which can prove you innocent .
  5. Yeh ap ko clear hona chahye ke kin grounds per aap bail lena chahte hain or us related supreme court or High court ke faisla jaat zaroor ap ke pass hone chahye (to convince the Courts)

With all these documents you can apply your bail in High court . or apply k baad date pr notice hu jain ge dosri party ko or app ki bail arguments k liye rakh li jaye gi .
