You can application in police station and if the wrong calls and sms are on WhatsApp chat any other social media chat, you have to take screenshots of the chat and file complaint in  FIA  department"cyber Crime" with all supporting screen shots and sms .

And if police department or cyber crime department not Process against the person, you can file a petition under section 22a 22b in Session court.
