Private istaghasa us waqat dair karte hain jab police station main app ki baat nahi suni jaati hai or App ki FiR daraj nahi ki jati hai . or app 22 A B main bhi order hasil nahi kr pate tu app ke pass Istaghasa (private complaint) darj karwa sakte hain  .

Istaghasa dair karne ke liye kin documents ke zarrorat hoti hai

  1. copy id card (saail ) agar na hu tu pics se bhi kam chaliya ja sakta hai
  2. wakalat nama ( yeh wo document hai jo ke app ke wakil ki tarf se dia jaata hia)
  3. do Gawah (witnesses )
  4. or app ke case se related jo bhi documents app ke pass mojod hoon 
  5. Istaghasa kahan per dair kia ja sakta hai 
  6. mutalqa (concern) magistrate ke pass - app ke kachehri main buhat se majistrate  apni apni court main duties dete hain un ke pass police stations bante hote hain har thane ka magistrate elhda hota hia or pata karne per app ko assani se maloom ho jai ga ke humre police station ka magistrate konsa hai

Proceedure

 Iss main tumam documents file main laga kar ke  app magistrate ke pass pesh hote  hain apne lawyer ke sath or apna muda bian karte hain or  agar app ki baat magistrate ki samjh main aa jati hai ke app ke sath ziadti hoi hai
or app haq per hain tu wo foran app ka bian qalmband kare ga ya apne reader ko bian likhne ka kahe ga ,
us ke baad  mukhalif  party ko notice jari hu jaata hai or next date mil jaati hai or case ka baqida aghaz ho jata hai .

Istaghasa aksar  kin reasons ke liye dair kia jaata hi

  1. Reason koi bhi hu sakti hai
  2. court marriage main nikah ke baad istaghasa dair kia jaata hai
  3. police party mukhalif party ke saath mil kar app ki baat nahi sunti tu bhi istaghasa dair kia ja
  4. kisi larai jahgre ki soorat main 
  5. agar koi dhamki deta hai tu app us ke khalaf bhi jaa sakte hain
  6. iss ke ilawa bhi buhat si reasons hu sakti hain
