Baz ooqat ap ke case main judge chuti per hota ha or mamla duty judge sunta ha. 

Ziada tar dekha gia hai ke Duty judge apne order main sirf agli date announced karta ha

Or aam logo ka khial yeh hota hai ke jub tak judge chuti per ha case ki karwai multawi rahe gi

Magar haqeeqat main aisa nahi hai.

Duty judge har order pass kar sakta hai.

Plaintiff/respondent case main iss wajah se pesh na hota raha ke judge chuti per hai or jab tak judge wapis nahi aata case ki karwai multawi rahe gi 

Magar case chalta raha or duty judge ne defendant ke pesh na hone per dawa yaktarfa decree kar dia.

Or case decree hone ke 2 mah baad jab ijrah mai. Notice gai defendant ko tu us ko pata chala ke us ke khalaf dawa decree hu gia.

Us ne district judge ke pass Appeal file ki ju ke time barrd hone ki wajah se dismiss hu gai.

Jiss ke khalaf revision application high court main file ki gai wo bhi dismiss hu gai.

Court ne qarar dia ke Duty judge case decree kar sakta hai evidence le sakta hai.
