After divorce or separation, one spouse have custody of the minors ( with permission of the court or without permission) she/ he will have to apply for guardianship certificate, to keep in the knowledge of the court that the minors are in my custody and i am bringing up the minors and taking their responsibility. So if you don't take guardianship certificate and bring up the child without permission of the court, other spouse any time apply for the custody of the minor with malafide intention.

After taking Certificate of Guardianship if Mother want to take her child out of the country. 
What is the procedure she will have to be adopt to take the kids (minors ) in other countries.

First of all if she wants to take her minor in other country she will have to make guardianship certificate.

 and after this certificate she will have to apply for permission to take minor Out of the country. The process is almost same in all countries.

Q: court permission why needed?
  1. Ans :  To apply the passport of the minors and other documents you need to show the permission order of the court otherwise the official of passport office refused your application.
  2. To take permission from concern court is also important to keep in confidence the court , if you take minors out of jurisdiction without of the permission of the court, court may take minors custody (already have given) and  handover to the father or any other relatives.

Jab bache maa ke pass hote hain or wo un ko palti ha after separation or woh duran perwarish bachu ko kisi dosre country le kar jana chahe tu us ko passport banane ki zaroorat hoti hai or wo passport banane ke liye guardian court ka Ijazat nama ya permission zaroori hoti hai wo hasil karne ke liye guardian court se rajoo karna parta hai. Wo permission aap kese le sakte hain. Us ki makamal details daraj zail ha.
