     Difference between Case Law and Citation? 

Bht saare log case law citation or judgement wagaira ka maloom na hone ki wajah se court cases ko samjh nahi pate hain or jiss ki wajah se qanoon ka ilam nahi hu pata or buhat saate young wukla ko bhi start ma samjhna mushkal hota ha.

Case Laws


Judge ju faisla karta wo case laws hote hain in ko judgment bhi kaha jata ha.
In main judge sub se ooper court ka nam likha jata us ke baad case ka number writ ha appeal ha ya ju bhi kuch wukla ke name us ke baad or us ke baad case ki detail or aakhar main judge apni finding deta ha .
 

Head notes


Head notes main ju ke judgement main ooper likhe jate hain case ka khalasa hota ha or yeh head notes rasala chapne wale banate hain issliye aksar ghaltio se mubra hota. So aap ko hamesha poori judgement parhni chahye na ke head notes kion ke jub aap judge ke samne bghair parhe pesh karte hain tu aksar judgement aap ke khalaf nikal aati ha


Citation


Har Rasala main har bian ki jane wali judgement ke shroo main aik number hota iss ko citation kehte hain
Jesa ke supreme court ki judgements pesh karne wala aik mashhoor rasala ka nam ha SCMR us main kisi bhi citation ko kese check karain ge. Aksar citation ka number aap ko aise mile ga  2015-SCMR-415 
  • 2015 iss main saal ha jis ko ye SCMR chapa tha
  • SCMR rasale ka nam ha
  • 415 number  page ha iss rasale ka
Agar aap ne yeh citation dhondni ha tu aap rasala lain ge SCMR 2015 wala or us ke 415 number page se judgement start hu gi or  phir chahe jitne page ki marzi hu.

SCMR YLR PLD MLD Rasale kaha se milain ge or citation kese hadal karain ge. Ye rasale har court main mojod library ma mojod hote hain or high court ma sab se bari libraries hain.or agar koi rasala district bar ki library main mojod na hu tu aap waha pe mojod computer operation se keh kar Pakistan  law sight se le kar print out kar sakte hain
