dosto ajj hum iss per baat karain ge ke kia jai k mulzam girftar hu jain . kionk humare mulak main rishwat ka bol bala hai or first of all bghair rishwat k fir darj nahi hoti or agar hu jai tu mulzaman se saz baz krke rishwat le kr un ko chor dia jaata hai . or zimnio main hera pheri ki jaati hai

  1. sub se pehle check karain k kia jin mulzman ko app ne girftar karwana hai wo Fir main namzad hain ya nahi
  2. or agar namzad nahi hain tu un ke bare mudai ka tatima bian investigation ko likhwain . or agar wo likhne se ankar kare tu police ke aala afsran ko darkhwast dain
  3. 161 section k tehat moqe ke gawahan k bianat darj karwain . agar wo likhne se inkar karain tu aala police afsran ko application dain
  4. shanwai na hone ki soorat main 22A 22B sec k tehat ASJ se order hasil karain
  5. High court se rajoo karain
  6. agar app ki investigation merit pr nahi ho rahi tu DIG investigation ko investigation change krne k liye darkhwast dain ,
  7. Police k tamam record ki copies apne pass rakhain ta ke agar wo tempring karain tu app un ko benqab kr sakain 
Note : Agar app ka mulzam Ishtahri hai tu  us ko bhi thane ki Police griftar kr sakti hai . or agar nahi bhi hai or sirf namzad FIR hai or app ka mutalqa IO girftar nahi kr raha or app se raqam ka matalba kar raha hai . hum app ko iss ka asan hal batain ge bgair raqam k app k mulzman jail main hun ge . jahan par app  k mulzman mojod hon wahan pr 15 pr call karain or poloce k aane pr un ko FIR ki copy dikhaian k  yeh humare mulzman hain or yeh FIR hai .... isstarha 15 ki police un ko girftar kr k mutalqa police station k hawale ker de ge . or app ka mulzam aram se girftaar bhi hu jai ga or 15 k recored main bhi aa jai ga .

      aap ko habeas ki writ file karni pare gi agar aap ko wo le kar nahi aane de rahe zabardasti roka hoa. session court main ya high court main .dosre rights family court main baad main case kar ke milain ge.

    Agar aap ko namaloom mulzam ka pata chal gia hai tu us ko nalzad karne ke liye investigation officer ko bian record karwain or apne bjan main us ko namzad karain or agar wo bian record na kare tu DPO ko application dain.
