What is the bail after arrest and how can avail. Bail after arrest is a bail that we apply after arrest of any accused. after arrest bail apply under section 497 croc.
It can be applied if bail before arrest (prearrest or interim) was not applied. And the accused is arrested by police then you can apply bail after arrest, bail can apply any time in Bailable offenses but in nonbilable cases will have to wait till physical Remand complete and send the accused in jail
Accused in jail can apply through his relatives but the signature and thumb impression of the accused and verification of jail superintendent or concern magistrate is compulsory.
Time depends on your case. Bail-in bailable offense accepts the same day but in nonbailable offenses, it can take years too. Like murder or 9c etc. Time can be different case to case.

When after arrest we can apply.

Courts
