List of bailable and none bailable offences



In Pakistan penal code some offenses are bailable and some are none bailable. Also its punishments are also different.

Following list tell you chapter wise its section bailable or none bailable. And punishments and which court have jurisdiction on the offense. 

This is also list of cognizable offenses (qabal e dasat indazi) juraim

Bailable offenses 

meaning of bailable offenses

Jin juraim main qanoon ijazat deta hai bail ki or inn juraim main zamanat aap haq ke toor per mangte hain.

Bailable juram wo juram hota ha jiss ki zamanat first day hi hu jati ha. 

Bailable juram(offense) main sirf machalke ya surety bond dene hote hain (zamanti).

Bailable offenses main aap ko argue karne ki bhi zaroorat nhi Hoti.

Bailable offenses ki saza taqriban 2 saal ke lag bhag hoti hai.

None bailable offenses 

 Meaning of none bailable offenses is (naqabal e zamanat juraim) in juraim main zamanat qanoon ijazat nahi deta lakin aap ko zamanat mile gi agar sarsari nazar main lagta hu ke mulzam begunah hai.

None bailable offenses ya juraim wo juraim hain ju ke big juraim hain . Jin ki saza ziada hai. 

None bailable offenses main same day zamanat nahi hoti.

None bailable offenses main zamanat haq ke toor per nahi milti balke sabat karna parta hai. Jiss ke baad court zamanat manzoor karti hai ya reject kar deti ha.

None bailable offenses main aap ko judicial remand per jail bhi jana parta hai.

None bailable offenses main agar aap ki zamanat magistrate court se reject Hoti hai tu session court or agar session court reject karti hai tu High court or High court se reject Hoti hai tu supreme court main apply karna hu gi.

337a1 is bailable offense. But some offences of 337 section bailable and some section of 337 section are none bailable see in list that 337 have a long list of offenses.

Zail main aik list di gai hai jiss main sab bailable or none bailable offenses un ki saza or court bhi likhi gai hai ju court in juraim ko sune gi.
