Customs confiscated the vehicles on grounds that the vehicles are not same as mentioned.

The vehicles are not allowed in Pakistan.

The order was Challenged before Customs tribunal, and customs tribunal decided the matter against the customs and order to release the vehicles.

To complience of the order owner of the vehicles filed writ before high court, and High court decided the writ against the vehicles owner 

Vehicles owner filed the Appeal before Supreme court of Pakistan and Supreme Court restore the decision of the customs tribunal, and setaside the orders of the High court. And ordered to release the vehicles.
