Cómo reclamar daños personales (accidente de tráfico)

  Los accidentes de tráfico son una rutina en esta era y si te sorprendes del accidente, cómo puedes manejar todo el escenario.

En primer lugar, siéntase tranquilo, es parte de la vida y si se lesionó y también su automóvil está dañado, anote el número del vehículo que golpeó su automóvil y, si es posible, también haga videos y fotos. llamar inmediatamente a la policía, así como a una ambulancia para rescatar. Y también llame a su compañía de seguros. Y explicar todo el incidente.


Si no es culpa tuya, no tendrás que enfadarte porque todos los daños los tendrá que pagar él.


Después del proceso de emergencia, escriba una denuncia y preséntela en la estación de policía y guarde una copia de la denuncia con el comprobante de registro con sus documentos.


Después de esto, deberá redactar con la ayuda del abogado una carta de demanda/aviso legal y entregarla a la persona que fue la causa del accidente. En la carta de demanda tendrá que exigir todas las lesiones que recibió. Lesiones personales, tortura mental, pérdida financiera, etc.


Después de esto, si la persona coopera y compensa el daño hasta la fecha límite mencionada en la carta de demanda/aviso legal.


Si el acusado no le compensa después de completar el plazo, también puede demandarlo por daños y perjuicios.

Y su caso penal también se registrará y la policía no cooperará con su solicitud ante el tribunal penal.
