Online court marriage in Pakistan

In Pakistan, there are two processes to do marriage.
First is you will have to come here in person your nikah will take place and our lawyers are skillful in this law if you can't come yourselves, and you have problems to come you can do nikah or marriage through online process.


Process of online marriage 







The online nikah will be Solmnized through nikah Registrar with all legal process.

The nikah will take place same ways as regular nikah or marriage, just between in this marriage is the nikah will be on video call.


Papers will be send to the parties for thumb impressions and signatures through courier service.





Documents Required for online marriage 

  1. prove of age. Id card, birth certificate, B form or etc. to prove your age.
  2. if a person's wife or husband is a divorcee, he/ she will need a divorce certificate.
  3. Death certificate needs to widow or widower
