  1.                      copies of ID cards
  2.                   prove of age if id card not available.
  3.             death certificate of spouse in case of widow or widower
  4.             divorce certificate needs if any spouse is divorced

  • (3) by any Minister of Religion licensed under this Act ot solemnize marriage; 
  •  (4) by, or in the presence of a Marriage Registrar appointed under this Act;
  •  (5) by any person licensed under this Act to grant certificates of marriage

Time of solemnized marriage


                                          Christian marriage act mentions the time of marriage  will be solemnized between the hours of six in the morning and seven in the evening:
