tamam documents le kar through counsil (wakil) court main dawa dair karte hain

Stay order

Pehli or dosri date per behas main apna muda bian kia jata hai or judge sb ko bill per moojod sabqa record dikhaya jata hai or agar bill waqi hi ziada aaya ho  tu court bill ko kam kar deti hai issqadar jiss qadar ziada aya hu .or plaintiff ko baqaya raqam jama karwane ka order jari karti hai
Iss ke sath sath jo raqam mutnaza hoti hai us per stay order jari kar dia jata hai jo ke final faisle tak jari rehta hai

Notices

Iss ke baad court mutalqa SDO or jo bhi officers  Party banaye hote hain ko notice jari kar deti hai.
or Un se iss ka jawab talab karti hai
Bilakhar ail procedure ke baad court dono parties ko sunnene ke baad order jari kar deti hai
or baqi raqam jo bachti hia wo yakmushat or iqsat main jama karwa di jai gi
