                            What are divorce papers and how can we complete it in Pakistan. Every divorced person will have to know about it to do the next marriage. next marriage Nikah nama cant register if you don't make the divorce certificate.and don't complete your divorce process. If you are abroad and cant appears in court and it is hard you can appear in court and union council through Power of attorney.you can also complete your previous papers if these were not complete at that time.

 Pakistani women need Khulla to complete divorce papers.to get divorce papers from courts she will have to apply in court through a competent lawyer. no one can apply in court without a licensed lawyer.

Documents needed


  1. copy id card
  2. just a marriage certificate or nikah nama (if available)
  3. Note: if documents do not avail then three passport size pics and an affidavit will be for divorce papers

The procedure of union council

after court decree, the decree will be sent to union council to get Divorce certificate of Nadra
There will be a reconciliation process after complete 90 days the process of divorce will be complete.
